Known as Pastor K, Kwouska Lee is a pastor, mentor, leader, and advocate for men. After 18+ years in law enforcement and service as a medic, he understands the weight of pressure, leadership and difficult decisions.

His previous career taught him valuable lessons- but it also exposed him to mistakes, consequences, and decisions he would make differently today. Through those experiences, Pastor K learned the importance of accountability, emotional discipline, humility, and allowing faith to guide his choices.

Today, he and his wife Ericka Lee serves as the lead pastors of Echo Community Church, At Echo Pastor K plays an integral role in spiritual formation, discipleship, and leadership development. As the founder of EmpowerMEN Network, Pastor K is committed to mentoring, speaking, digital content development, and honest conversations. He helps men confront their past, grow through their mistakes, strengthen their faith and lead with greater purpose.

Pastor K is devoted to helping men become more self- aware, disciplined, spiritually grounded, and prepared to make better decisions under pressure.

His mission is simple: Serve people, build men, and help them live with purpose.
